Job Description and Qualification:

  • Responsible in driving ongoing enhancements of Digital Applications/Assets across the organization, serving the Customer Experience Transformation effort
  • Improve the capabilities of the organization’s customer and user experience by driving a digital strategy that helps to engage, sell and develop self service capabilities 
  • Improve the delivery of business value, understand and deploy features that are the best benefits to the business and help to increase the organization’s agility
  • Aim to help others in the organization develop agility, particularly around Stakeholder Engagement, Features, Business Value, Roadmaps, and User Stories
