Job Description and Qualification:

The Customer Support Associate serves as the front line communicator between our customers and the team. Utilizing the Zendesk ticketing system, the CS Associate’s role is to solve the needs of our customers in a timely and efficient manner with courtesy and product expertise.  They will interface daily with the rest of the Customer Success team, supporting client accounts, configurations, and analytical tasks, and are strong communicators with the development team to surface and report product bugs or customer issues.

● Enjoy working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction 
● Skill in effectively and efficiently troubleshooting technical bugs in software  
● 4-year degree required  

● Preferably 1+ years prior experience in customer success, customer support, or account management role 
● Familiarity with HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, and other SaaS tools  
● Experience in working with technology-related products a +
