Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Data Analysis.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience working in Muntinational Company or BPO Industry is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Foreign C-level position is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Open  to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation -CRM tool preferred
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PPT.
  • Must have experience in Team Management.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ayala Ave.,Makati City.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Can start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analysis on fluctuation, spikes and dips for reports
  • Approve within average # hours within Service Delivery work stream
  • Ensure on-boarding training compliance
  • Coaching, and continuous training of new staff up to 6 months
  • Continuously maintain consistency against process standards and develop initiatives on alignment of processes
  • Manage, monitor, address, and document all escalations
  • Monitor performance, tasks, deliverables
  • Provide input in building the team performance dashboard and other internal requirements – 30% of the role
  • Create and monitor staff professional development, training needs roadmap.
  • Escalate issues on employment/ deviations to Senior Director
