Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in 5th Ave. Cor. 26th St..
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience in an insurance company.
  • Two (2) position(s) available.
Must Haves:

•        Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (Advanced Formulas, Tables and Formatting, Conditional Formatting, Advanced Charting, Pivot Tables and Pivot Reporting, VBA & Macros, Data Tables and Simulation Solvers, etc.)
•        Basic knowledge in SQL and database systems.

Job Description:

Data Analysis
• Acquire claims/premium data from primary & secondary sources and develop a database/database system which will be used by Client Relationship Teams to better understand account portfolio.
• Acquire claims/premium/commissions/expense/VONB data from primary & secondary sources and develop a database/database system which will be used by Product Marketing and Underwriting Teams to better understand product portfolio.
• Enhance current daily/monthly sales productivity reporting by developing excel database/database system which will allow automatic extraction of daily/weekly/monthly sales productivity reports.
• Consolidate all identified credit life data in an excel database system in preparation to migration of Credit Life business from EAGLE to RAPID System.
