Job Description and Qualification:

This is a direct hire to our client in Clark, Pampanga. 

Data Management Coordinator

Job Description: 

 • Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs in support of team goals. 
       > Maximize contract billing.
       > Manage and action all meter error/ Technician read validation and verifier reports in time for billing runs to ensure the accurate invoicing.
       > Maximize collection and input of meter readings to enable accurate invoices and reduce estimations. 
 • To obtain and maintain accurate data to ensure customers are consistently billed accurately and on time. 
 • Work closely with Key stakeholders to ensure contracts are created and administered accurately.
 • Validate and raise (manual) Service credits and invoices to correct customer queries.
 • Load data on customer portals within agreed SLA’s.
 • Manually create customer contracts ensuring paperwork is SOX compliant. Author contracts as part of specific roll outs where necessary.
 • Manage the renewal process for extended Service and specific Lease contracts.
 • Terminate machines and manage data within the e-Maintenance portal as required.
 • Complete all ad-hoc data cleansing reports.
 • Create and Manage data to ensure service records are accurate.

Customer Service
 • To respond and resolve all customer issues and inquiries within the agreed SLA time frames.
       > Effectively resolve any Tier 1 customer query or complaint within agreed SLA, to prevent non-payment of Service invoices and work with credit control to resolve disputes and  aged debt issues. 

Job Qualifications: 

● Specialist Knowledge: product, solutions &  knowledge to understand  for service/lease revenue & customer satisfaction 
● Previous Industry Experience: customer centric, accurate data entry and strong analytical skills. 
● Bachelor’s Degree holder in any business-related discipline.
