Job Description and Qualification:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop the assigned dealer business concept, create new customers, and promote company products by understanding the market, recognizing business opportunities and developing a good network in Dealer Market to increase market share.
  • Introduce, promote and sell products to new and existing dealer customers by conducting regular visits, and gathering market intelligence in order to achieve budget deliverables in terms of value, volume, gross margins.
  • Build and nurture relationships with all the dealers by building rapport across hierarchies and providing effective value proposition to increase market share.
  • Develop and strengthen customers relationships through regular visits, responding to sales and technical inquiries and providing suitable coatings specifications to secure sustainable market share and to promote the company as the preferred supplier of high-quality paint and services.
  • Ensure that dealers recruited would support the current strategy and act as important building bricks to build the foundation of protective/marine/decorative yachting sales in the Philippines to ensure alignment on strategic direction and support in achieving targets.

TASKS:
  • Identify Dealer market potential and challenges to develop a short-term and long-term strategy.
  • Recommend and identify potential dealers by ensuring basic criteria are met in accordance to business needs and company guidelines.
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, responding to sales and technical inquiries and providing suitable coating specifications.
  • Manage dealers’ sales and profitability at a customer level by continually and cost targets are being achieved.
  • Monitor and response to market as well as competitor activities and changes
  • To create a structured Dealer Activity Plan, such as training, incentive, product launching, applicator and contractor activities, marketing and promotional
  • requirements, to improve Dealer engagement.
  • Create Dealer Business Portfolio to attract potential Dealers.
  • Monitor Dealers monthly activity by compiling project chase report and follow up with respective SARs on sales forecast.
  • Monitor DSO and be involved in collection efforts of the company.

Salary:

PHP 2 M – 2.9M
