Job Description and Qualification:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Your role will be to triage, investigate and debug issues with the client’s platform 
  • Evaluate the systems' problems to recommend enhancements 
  • Complete routine and ad hoc tasks defined by the client accurately and within the defined SLA’s
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Above excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • 3-5 years experience of work experience in Tech Support or related is required 
  • Excellent problem solving skills 
  • Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write queries to extract data 
  • Ability to debug code, preferably Ruby & Javascript 
  • Knowledge of git and the ability to read commit history 
  • Ability to diagnose an issue that is technical in nature 
  • Show initiative and work autonomously 
  • High level of organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities 
  • Meticulous attention to detail What you’ll be doing
