Summary:
  • Leads the implementation of remarketing strategy supporting nurturing programs to convert prospects into leads. Responsible for the management of over-all marketing promotions calendar.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops online campaign to support leads nurturing programs per target segments working closely with Customer Analytics and Products & Propositions business units.
  • Designs and implements retargeting/remarketing programs for identified segments via paid advertising, email marketing, SMS blast, etc.
  • Manages the over-all marketing calendar ensuring all releases across various channels (i.e. emails, SMS) are systematized. Recommends channels, frequency of releases and lifecycle for each campaign.
  • Responsible for digital marketing analytics: tracks and reports key metrics, campaign performance of product awareness or app downloads campaign as well as online market trends and recommends opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborates with relevant stakeholders across the organization. Works with digital agencies, vendors and internal dependencies to fulfill the requirements.
