Job Description and Qualification:

One of the company’s strategies is to build a digital ecosystem and other value-added services to deliver our health & protection proposition. This aims to provide digital health services making healthcare affordable and accessible to all Filipinos. To support this strategy a project team under the sponsorship of the President/CEO has been created.

  • Develop strategic campaigns, programs, & enhancements that will: increase the engagement; on-board subscribers and referrals users of the digital channels.
  • Ensure relevance of digital channels by keeping tabs on trends, competition and customer preferences.
  • End-to-end campaign/program management for the digital channels to ensure initiatives meet the business objectives, on budget and on schedule.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Understand business goals and customer needs to onboard users & increase usage
  • Develop usage, subscription & referral campaigns/programs for the digital channels
    • Formulate and implement end-to-end campaigns/programs to meet business objectives
    • Overall campaign/program management
    • Work with internal & external stakeholders in the creation and implementation of campaigns/projects
  • Aid in optimizing the company’s profitability and ensure integrity of users’ experience with the brand
  • Create business requirements and process documents that support the digital channels
  • Meet campaign/program performance standards for the digital delivery channels
    • Monitor campaign/program performance through regular reports or daily dashboards
    • Conduct regular campaign/program performance review particularly on specific metrics and identified key drivers
    • Close coordination with campaign/program partners and/or stakeholders to timely resolve any issue
  • Ensure compliance of the campaign/program objectives and processes with regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures
