Job Description and Qualification:


  • Effectively translate and carry out the over-all GTM strategy in digital channels
  • Lead and manage agencies to plan, implement and optimize digital campaigns
  • Develop an integrated strategy for SEO, SEM, display advertising, paid social
  • Handle a fluid budget and decide how and where the budget should be allocated across advertising channels based on business objectives and results.
  • Optimize channel and campaign performance beyond CPC/CPA metrics with a focus on growing customers, revenue and ROAS.
  • Establish consistent testing processes across all areas of advertising including copy, creative, cadence, offer, audience, and landing pages.
  • Partner with IMC Lead and Product Lead to drive thinking on measurement and attribution.
  • Share business and creative vision to agencies.
  • Recommend best set of partners for digital marketing, i.e. agencies, tools, etc.


  • Deep programmatic experience and well versed in ad ops, real-time bidding, cross-channel performance techniques such as retargeting to improve results across all partners.
  • Well-versed in measurement techniques and ability to define measurement requirements and frameworks including attribution systems and processes
  • Experience in handling a large advertising budget, reporting on effectiveness of spend, and recommending solutions.
  • Can-do attitude, ability to think outside the box, roll-up your sleeves mentality.
  • Background in FMCG, financial, fintech, or ad agency preferred. Experience in other sectors is also welcomed.
