Job Description and Qualification:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible in expanding the customer pool and market reach through market intelligence, promotions/campaigns, lead generation and advanced digital marketing strategies for the organization. The Digital Marketing Manager is also responsible in leading website development and overseeing all customer-facing digital communication channels ass well as analyzing metrics and identifying trends.

1.Digital Marketing Strategy 
a. Develops digital marketing strategies based on market research and trends, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs. 
b. Takes lead in the overall direction and strategy of the company’s digital presence which may include websites, social media and other search engine optimization. 
c. Collaborates with the Sales and Technology Teams to come up with digital campaigns to widen market reach. 
d. Keeps oneself up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. 

2. Digital Campaigns and Activities (Website, Social Media and Others) 
a. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns 
b. Collaborates with Sales and Technology Teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. 
c. Plans, executes, and measures digital campaign experiments and conversion tests d. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 
e. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
