Position Overview

THE COMPANY a Healthcare’s Global Business Center (GBC) is seeking a driven, innovative and motivated leader with strong experience in digital marketing to lead the digital team.

The Digital Team Lead will drive execution of marketing strategies across digital channels such as Web, CRM, and Social media for THE COMPANY Healthcare and its Brands.

The Digital Team Lead will serve as the primary contact for Home Office leadership across all digital workstreams. The Digital Team Lead will partner with Home Office stakeholders (marketing, technology and other cross-functional leaders) to translate business requirements into concrete deliverables.

The Digital Team Lead will responsible for building and leading the digital team at GBC. The team lead will partner with GBC leadership to ensure success of both the GBC and the digital team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Leadership & Strategy

  • Partner with Home Office to deliver flawless execution of digital strategy
  • Build, manage and retain a high-performing digital team at GBC
  • Communicate proactively, regularly and effectively with Home office on project status, risks and accomplishments
  • Ensure adherence to all regulations including legal, compliance and IT security

Planning and Execution

  • Translate business needs into detailed project plans including KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and resources
  • Leverage best practices such as Agile development and design thinking to deliver
  • Provide functional, technical and analytical guidance to team members to ensure quality work products and alignment with objectives
  • Support a variety of project workstreams including strategy development, campaign execution, experiments, optimization and analytics
  • Support delivery of innovation projects such as personalization, online scheduling, AI chatbots, and voice search, based on consumer insights
  • Contribute new ideas and solutions for execution against the overall digital strategy

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The Digital Team Lead is a generalist role that requires a broad set of leadership, technical and project management skills.

  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, HTML5, with knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery
  • Understanding of best practices in front-end development for UX, SEO and web analytics
  • Knowledge of analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Business Intelligence, and social listening platforms
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to synthesize complex information for variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, be coachable and work within a matrixed organization

Required and Preferred Qualifications


  • 5+ years’ experience with digital strategy and execution for large companies
  • Proven track record in managing complex digital projects
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, digital marketing and digital channels such as Web, CRM and Social media
  • Experience in product development from business requirements to wireframes (including UX) to QA testing
  • Highly analytical, numerically inclined and even-temperament


·         5+ years relevant experience implementing digital strategy within Healthcare industry

Required Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science

Preferred Education: MBA

Preferred Working hours: Third Shift.
