Job Description and Qualification:

The Head of Digital Technology is responsible for leading digital transformation by changing traditional operations and implementing digital technologies across the business, structure and culture.  

He/she will lead the whole process of digital transformation in all business touchpoints as an enabler to a digital customer experience-focused organization.

The ideal candidate must have at least 15 years of experience in insurance or financial service operations with minimum 10 years management experience at an executive level.

Must have an extensive and deep understanding of the corporate and financial services industry and of the operational model of a life insurance company.

Solid experience in leading service operations, standards and quality improvement.

Regional exposure with experience in managing teams to lead and motivate diverse and geographically distributed teams of professional people to accomplish goals

Strong strategic planning experience, expert multi-tasker and solid skills in people management

Exceptional communication skills exceptional communications skills who translates across languages of technological capabilities and organizational needs.  An expert diplomat, able to challenge existing roles and structures

Proven experience in working within an environment of rapid change to execute innovation, digital transformation and change management under major transformation program led the introduction of a new organization model

A degree or post graduate degree in business administration or equivalent, preferably holder of professional change management qualifications
