Job Description and Qualification:

Position Overview

The HR Director will take on the primary responsibility and accountability for overseeing and managing human resources strategies in talent acquisition, compensation and payroll, health and welfare, employee relations and retention

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an elite corporate culture by recruiting a superior workforce
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics and procedures
  • Manage all facets of recruitment and explore the best market practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Build networks to find qualified candidates
  • Generation of recruitment related reports
  • Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to drive better efficiency and output
  • Oversee employee performance management and employee engagement
  • Maintain employee records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
  • Working well within a fast paced dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Has a relentlessly high standard for one self and his/her team - many people may think these standards are unreasonably high

Qualifications

  • 15-20 years of working experience in the HR/Recruiting field preferably in a shared services, call centers and technology industries
  • At least 10 years of work experience as HR Director or Head of HR
  • Demonstrated understanding of benefits administration, payroll, new employee orientation, pre-employment screenings, employee relations, strong knowledge of employment and regulatory labor laws
  • Savvy with both traditional, online, and social media recruiting processes
  • A bachelor or master degree in HR related majors from an accredited university
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
  • Superior organizational, interpersonal and time management skills

Salary:

PHP 4M – 5.9M
