Job Description and Qualification:


Purpose:

To strategize, develop and implement the overall investor relations program of the company to manage stakeholders’ requirements, enhance shareholder engagement, improve research coverage and raise Investor Relations’ profile within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATIONS

  • Manages the communications between the company and the stakeholders
  • Acts as first point of contact for the investment community and helps provide a better understanding of the company, industry trends and prospects and corporate developments.
  • Develops communication strategies and key messages to be delivered to stakeholders and manages company’s reputation and positioning in the investment community; Exercises professional judgment and make recommendations to management when public announcements/disclosures are deemed necessary. 

ADVISORY FUNCTION

·   Collaborates with management and provides inputs in developing the company strategy, taking into account investors and analysts’ recommendations and concerns

·  (Gathers feedback from investors and analysts and provides insights to management and anticipates areas of investor concern)

REPORTING

  • Leads the preparation of periodic reports, updating of information in company’s website, institutional presentations and materials, and other reports as needed.         
  • Coordinates with company Compliance Officer for complete disclosure processes for company’s public documents (identification of key messages, information analysis and due diligence, creation of documents, validation, approval and public release).

COLLABORATION WITH MARKET ANALYSTS

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with equity analysts that follow the company, ensuring proper coverage and valuation, including review of analysts’ reports, and understanding and managing capital market expectations.

OTHERS

  • Oversees and ensures uniformity between CHP and company’s IR practices
  • Supports in all investor-related processes associated with CHP AGM (production of script and presentation, support information)

Other requirements:

·         Bachelors in Finance (Masters is an edge)

·         Area of Study: Economy, Admin, Finance, Systems

·         Knowledge of word, power point, excel

·         Previous work experience involved in financial management, planning, research, stock market analysis and reporting. 

·         Experience in analysis of KPIs and trends in the equity market
