Job Description and Qualification:

The Transition/PMO & KM Director will handle two capabilities namely Transition/PMO & Knowledge Management, as well as support the strategic goals of the company and will manage large strategic initiatives for the Global Business Center.

.

The incumbent will drive the development, implementation and execution of a sustainable & cohesive Portfolio management, Project/Program Management & Transition Management strategies to achieve the goals defined by the overall GBC Strategic plan.


Responsibilities:

1. Transition Management

·         Partner with real estate, facilities, and technology teams to ensure requirements are met to manage workstation add, moves, and changes

·         Partner with Recruiting in order to understand recruiting challenges or opportunities which would affect the seating needs real time

·         Confirm and address facility readiness for new resources (training and on-boarding only)

·         Work with GBC Human Resources to understand changes in hiring classes and/or availability

·         Ensure supporting resource availability for onboarding classes

·         Communicate and notify designated stakeholders of the on-boarding schedule

·         Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track on-boarding schedules

·         Manage changes to the project roles and responsibilities using an agreed upon governance process

·         Document post on-boarding issues and improvement opportunities to develop “lessons learned” for subsequent on-boarding classes


2. PMO / Project Management

·         Establish the Transition/PMO playbook and overall strategy for GBC PMO governance

·         Provide project management methodologies and support to key projects in the GBC portfolio

·         Continuously review the related industry and both internal and external environments and align the roadmaps to meet changing regulatory and business needs and manage Project Charters, Schedules, Budgets, and Resource Management

·         Oversee the management of Risks and Issues throughout the Project Management process

·         Establish and manage Program/ Project Reporting through optimized, metrics and standardize those metrics across GBC, defining measures, targets and methodologies to analyze those metrics during program and project management reviews


3. Portfolio Management

·         Oversee Project Demand Intake & Prioritization in alignment with the Sr. Director for Performance Management and GBC Senior Leadership to ensure the delivery of projects and programs that deliver the greatest value to the organization.

·         Set the GBC’s Portfolio Management framework & strategy covering: Scope of services, transition pipeline, project and program portfolio among other.

·         Create the value propositions for these programs and budgets required for the benefits realization and tracking of these programs

·         Responsible for managing the Portfolio Reporting efforts

·         Align the transformation of the complex and variable current states through transition management across the global organization with the design and deployment of the future state in order to maximize the associated value proposition

·         Oversee and drive consistency in how work is transitioned into the GBC. 

 
4. Knowledge Management

·         Administer the Governance of all DTPs Transitioned to the GBC

·         Develop a proposal for a Self Service Portal that will help improve stakeholder experience

·         Set-up and Administer the KM databases for GBC (Process deviation, Risk, and Root Cause etc)

PHP 3M – 3.9M
