Job Description and Qualification:

  • Responsible for the design and implementation of the People Strategy and HSE Strategy for the company incorporating all standards covering: Recruitment and Selection, On-boarding and Orientation, Employee Appraisals and Reviews, Motivation, Loyalty and Culture, Employee Relations, Training and Leadership Development, Talent Management and Retention, Managing Welfare and Absenteeism, Reporting and Monitoring, HR Support for M&A and Contract Integration, Benefits and Incentives, Succession Planning and any other tasks as required
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Company’s vision, goals and plans are effectively resourced, communicated and implemented throughout the company. Shall have the full authority on all HR policy and practices across the Philippines.
  • Provide advice and support to other managers and encourage a business environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success for all employees in the company


  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role
  • Managing direct reports and middle managers
  • Proven leadership ability - leading by example.
  • Experience in interpreting and putting into practice Employment legislative requirements
  • Team management, coaching and development skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge and skills with risk management principles and practices
  • Experience in HR strategy, policy and procedure development
  • Sound knowledge of the service or outsourcing industry
  • Skills in Microsoft Office
  • Financial management experience
  • Experience with Blue Collar workforce
