Job Description:
  • The role reports to EUC Manager under the Global Automation CoE team lead by the Global Business Services and will be functionally accountable to the Head of Investments Operations. The EUC Specialist is primarily accountable for supporting the Automation opportunities/projects for Investments Operations. Responsibilities will include the following:
  • Support Automation Projects/opportunities By
    • Helping to develop automation solutions to address current and future needs
    • Designing, coding, and functionally test the automation solutions
    • Following and promoting Agile principles and methodology
    • Overseeing and completing any of documentation required e.g. deployment, maintenance, support, and business needs
  • Build Trust And Credibility With Business Users By
    • Assessing the business requirements/objectives provided and monitoring of key measures related to key stakeholder satisfaction
    • Preparing business users and team members by facilitating training or walkthroughs.
    • Fully documenting all processes and other technical deliverables for ease of use and transparency
    • Providing primary business support during process UAT and parallel runs including primary escalation and resolution contact
    • Alert management to operational problems and suggests actionable solutions.
  • Graduate of Accounting Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or anything related to digital solutions
  • Advanced Excel VBA experience required
  • Strong experience in optimizing performance in MS Excel
  • SQL Server and SSIS background preferred
  • Good working knowledge on enterprise technology such as O365 suite, i.e. Sharepoint
  • Strong experience in data analysis and mapping
  • Comfortable in operating across geographies and with teams of varying maturity
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills. Tact and clear verbal and written communication skills are necessary to facilitate solutions and resolve problems
  • Strong influence, negotiation, and change management skills
  • Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills with the proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in assessing business issues and risks in a dynamic environment
  • Execution-oriented with a strong focus to deliver targeted outcomes
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines
  • Applies industry best practices within daily work and continues to participate in professional development by reading publications, networking, and participating in professional organizations
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
