A stand alone diagnostic clinic situated at A.S. Fortuna St., Mandaue City, with branches located at Basak, Lapu-lapu City; Cansaga, Consolacion; Punta Princesa, Labangon; Airport Road, Pusok, Lapu-lapu City and Lipata, Minglanilla.

Job Description and Qualification:


The Executive Assistant provides high level operational and administrative support by handling informational requests and performing clerical functions. The job involves assisting the requirements of the Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, and Human Resource Manager such as preparing correspondence, scheduling executive meeting with key persons in the organization and other administrative support services.


  • At least a college graduate of any 4 year course
  • Minimum of 2 years admin/executive assistance experience.


  • Supervise and create schedules for executive driver, drivers/messengers.
  • Conduct KPI evaluation (monthly) and Performance Appraisal (biannually) for messengers, provide feedback on the results and design measures for performance improvement.
  • Coordinate, oversee and monitor janitorial and security agency services.
  • Facilitate and monitor telephone, mobile, newspaper and other telecommunications services.
  • Facilitate and monitor issuance of gas PO of officers, drivers and messengers.
  • Facilitate of registration and renewal of mobile van and company vehicles.
  • Oversee gate pass of company properties.
  • Monitor the key usage regarding the opening and closing of the Mandaue branch 2nd floor.
  • Conduct labor scanning for third party providers.
  • Oversee transmittal of billing statements from doctors to HMO for other branches.
  • Prepare correspondence for internal key persons and external clients.
  • Arrange meetings, and take messages for the CEO and GM.
  • Coordinate with messengers for routing official documents from main office to other branches and other external contacts.
  • Provide assistance to the CEO and GM for travel arrangement like airline and hotel booking and driver assignments.
  • Keep track of office utilities/supplies by checking stocks and place orders for supplies when necessary.
  • Provide reference of official communication by utilizing filing and retrieval system.
  • Facilitate cash advance, petty cash request and disbursement request for administrative requirements such as maintenance and repair of company vehicles, BMT activities and other administrative activities.
  • Comply to any call outs regarding Quality Standards.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary.
