Job Description and Qualification:

Job Objective

  • Have office management responsibility providing full range of administrative and clerical support to the General Manager
  • Have access to confidential information such as business information, employer-employee relations, policy matters, programs, plans, etc.
  • Handle coordination functions both internally and externally and provides administrative assistance to office-based activities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides full range of administrative and clerical support to the office of the General Manager such as answering calls, handle inquiries draft routine correspondence schedule appointments and maintain calendar of activities arrange meetings and make travel arrangement prepares expense liquidation reports, handle confidential files, materials and correspondence and gathers information to prepare reports and conduct basic analysis
  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating matters for the General Manager making the necessary follow-ups with other Business Unit Heads, Department Managers of the organization and some departments in the regional office
  • Provides necessary assistance in the booking of flights and hotel accommodations for office-based activities
  • Expected to manage the Office of the General Manager in her absence
  • Ensures that the company‚Äôs current delegation of authorities matrix and SOPs are being compiled with in all documents/transactions that are routed to the General Manager for approval
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time


  • Graduate of any 4 year college course
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience reporting to a Senior or Top Executive of an organization
  • Must be willing to render long hours of work and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to handle multiple high priority requests and the ability to adapt to changes
  • Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information
  • Computer proficiency is a must
  • Must have effective interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
