Job Description and Qualification:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Communicates and coordinates meeting or other matters for the General Manager and other concerned parties.
  2. Maintains an efficient filing system of all documents.
  3. Sees to it that pertinent memos, documents and other materials are routed to the proper person/s as needed.
  4. Types and consolidates reports and other correspondences.
  5. In charge of the preparation for meetings. (business review, etc.)
  6. Safe guards the confidentiality of official documents
  7. Handles booking and reservations of General Manager.
  8. Performs other related duties assigned to superior from time-to-time.
Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any four year course.
  • Computer literate
  • At least two (2) years experience in the same capacity (Administrative work or Secretarial works)
  • Able to compose simple correspondences; good written and oral communication; resourceful, has initiative, pleasing personality is a plus and goof PR.
