Job Description

  • Provides over-all secretarial / admin support to Head of Business Development for Asia
  • Provides admin support to Retail Group
  • Reporting to the Head of Retail Asia
  • Specific Accountabilities
  • PA/EA to Program Executive and Workstream leaders and take calendar management
  • Managing daily appointments (with external and internal appointments) and booking the flights/hotel/restaurant and meeting room reservations
  • Travel Tracking Management
  • Responsible for preparing/receiving/sorting business correspondences
  • Preparing presentation materials for Retail Group and event activity management
  • File Management / official expense monitoring for Retail Group
  • Supplies Management for Retail Group
  • Frequent coordination with internal and external stakeholders for Retail Group
  • Qualifications

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree

·         With 2-5 years’ work experience, preferably with admin/secretarial role.

  • Amenable to work in Taguig City.
