Job Description and Qualification:

The Executive Director shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the foundation, which includes managing various committees and staff as well as developing business plans in collaboration with the Board of Trustees. The board grants the Executive Director the authority to run the Foundation and responsible in overseeing the administration, programs and its strategic plan. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach as the Foundation establishes itself as a partner of the Chamber and other Chamber firms in developing and implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.

Key responsibilities will be to manage approved P&L to ensure responsible financial management of the foundation. Implement fund raising events and meet/exceed agreed forecasted revenue. Develop new projects in partnership with the Chamber and non-Chamber member companies within approved expenses and agreed forecasted revenue.  Initiate timely community outreach response to calamity situations and ensure good business practice at all times and with all transactions ensuring excellent audit ratings and 0 tolerance for violation practices.


The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in a non-profit organization or has been involved in Corporate Social Responsibility programs / community relations and with strong organizational skills and hands on budget management skills.  Must have knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations. 

Has good corporate governance, transparency and high integrity leadership.

With good oral and written communication skills and has experience in dealing with media and doing presentations

A  college graduate preferably with MBA.
