Job Overview:

  • Communicate and coordinate meetings or other matters for the General Manager and other concerned parties
  • Will be working hand-in-hand with the executives.
  • Provides recommendations, strong initiatives, and interpersonal skills
  • Maintains an efficient filing system of all documents
  • Sees to it that pertinent memos, documents and other materials are routed to the proper person/s as needed
  • Types and consolidated reports and other correspondences
  • In-charge of the preparation of snacks for meeting (Business reviews, etc.)
  • Safeguards the confidentiality of all documents
  • Handles reservations and bookings/tickets of General Manager
  • Performs other related duties assigned from time-to-time


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Adept in MS Office applications and report presentations
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Secretary, Secretarial or Administrative work
  • With pleasing personality
  • Able to compose simple correspondences; good in written and oral communication; resourceful, has initiative and good PR, mature, attentive to , creative, and organized
  • Able to do and prepare reports and memos
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City / Mandaluyong City.
