General Description

  • The Export Officer will manage data for international shipments and provide support for many steps of the export transportation process. They work with internal departments, processors, and clients. He/she will help with shipping, receiving, and record-keeping for international transactions. They have to ensure and verify that all documentation adheres to local and international export policies and laws.
Responsibilities:
  • Handles Exportation Activity and Overall in charge of Logistics (including coordination with the broker/forwarder and quote negotiation for freight and brokerage cost).
  • Coordination with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and Bureau of Customs (BOC) for related requests and documentations.
  • Making of draft Certificates and requesting signed documents to Customers for the application of General/Sub LOA (New/Renewal) to Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and Bureau of Customs (BOC) for related documentations
  • Coordination with the warehouse for general transactions and logistics concerns.
  • Pull in and Push out, Expedite and de expedite deliveries to ensure timeliness of material availability without building inventory.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers for the Order Status, Delivery Confirmation and Schedules.
  • Processing of customer’s PO, shipment/delivery concerns, SOA and preparation of related reports.
  • Overall in-charge of handling front line concerns and providing CUSTOMER SERVICE such as Customer’s claims and returns, order status update, inventory status, shipment schedule and all other related matters.
  • Coordinates with the Customers and Suppliers (including visitation/meeting to address both concerns and exchange of related information).
  • Stocks Management and Planning including analyzation of Customer's Forecast and making an advance order or Plan Stock PO to Suppliers.
  • Maintains the system’s Master lists including Item, Customers/Suppliers, SO/PO and Purchasing/Sales.
  • Prepare and generates Monthly Sales Plan based on the Sales Order records that will be used as a reference for the Company’s Monthly SalesTarget.
  • Oversees the whole process of Customer Service and Purchasing Division.
Qualification:
  • With at least 3 years of work experience in export management or related field
  • Amenable to work in BGC
Salary up to 27,000 php
