  • Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating sales, collection, marketing, account management and business development activities within the organization.
  • Account Management
  • Manage existing portfolio of clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Generation of new sales using existing clients
  • Business Development
  • Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates business development strategies
  • Developing and implementing research projects to identify client needs
  • Recommending appropriate products associated with client needs
  • Evaluating the costs of the new products and market feasibility
  • Marketing
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing strategies
  • Developing pricing strategies for products
  • Creating and implementing marketing promotion activities
  • Analyzing trends and results of marketing strategies
  • Sales and Collection
  • Developing and leading implementation of sales and collection strategies
  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budget
  • Directing and implementing sales programs
  • Qualifying sales leads from marketing activities
  • Monitoring of competition, supply and demand, economic indicators and changing trends
  • Ensuring timely collection of accounts receivables
  • Administrative Function
  • Management of the morale and activities of the sales and business development associates
  • Assist management on implementing key sales and marketing activities
  • Perform ad hoc functions as maybe assigned by senior management
  • Promote high sales associates morale
  • Generate new customer
  • Conceptualize and generate new products
  • Attend and conduct regular Sales Meeting
  • Reports as may be required by senior management


  • Must hold a B.S. Marketing or Management degree
  • Minimum experience of two years in Export Sales Management in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent creativity and analytical skills
  • Able to conceptualize and implement new product ideas
  • Exhibits good business sense
  • Social digital media experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Have working knowledge on Powerpoint and Excel
  • Good analytical skills
  • Can work independently to resolve issues
