Job Description and Qualification:

  • Responsible for Facilities Project Management and Excellence, Maintenance Management, Overall Business Management & Special Assignments, Environmental, Health and Safety and Staff Management and Development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of chemical or process manufacturing or engineering design experience 
  • At least seven (7) years in Projects and Engineering management and Equipment Maintenance Management experience 
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in TPM, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing and other SPC and Problem solving tools and techniques 
  • At least five (5) years of working within a unionized environment. 
  • Experience in managing upwards and laterally throughout a business organization and working within a multi-national organization is considered a plus.
