Job Description and Qualification:

Role Purpose:

The Field Marketing Executive (FME) is tasked in diagnosing, developing, executing, and evaluating consumer acquisition and retention programs within a defined territory.  The role is field based, and will operate within a defined territory.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for understanding and plotting the Consumer journey within the assigned territory
  • Developing insights based, Consumer acquisition activities programs using available information from both internal and external sources
  • Creating recommendations such as changing coverage or process improvements, and promotional activities
  • Ensuring the excellent execution of the territory programs, providing selling tools, briefings and trainings for Branch and DP field personnel
  • Responsible for overseeing the execution of the activity or program, and make decisions on improvements or even stoppage of the activity/program if necessary
  • Developing SMART objectives that are all meant to drive consumer acquisition for the territory
  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC), and is responsible for ensuring that we have the right coverage, right portfolio and right pricing in the territory
  • Responsible for promotions budget management and proper use of program tools and materials up until closure and depletion

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably of a Marketing / Business / Communications - related courses
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Sales, Trade/Channel Marketing, Consumer Engagement or Marketing that includes on ground Field Marketing & Sales experience preferably from an FMCG company.
  • Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino, Chavacano)
  • Non-Professional Driver's License holder
  • Willing to work Mondays to Fridays
  • Willing to work in Zamboanga City / Davao City
