Job Description and Qualification:



  • Review and understand all relevant information within the assigned territory through data understanding, competitive review, field work and insighting in order to identify issues and opportunities and develop appropriate short-term and long-term plans for the brands within the territory 
  • Responsible for initiating and securing complete project approval (OPB) and all operational mandatories to run the program (Coordination with Third Party Agencies, Procurement, Suppliers, TME encoding, testing and production). 



  • Develop selling tools and lead in briefing to field sales in order to guide them in the proper execution of programs across trade partners and outlets consistent with program objectives, timelines, allocations, and all other company protocols 
  • Manage overall deployment and implementation of Brand-led /Field Marketing-led activities in the territory 
  • Key representative of Field Marketing in overseeing all activities in the territory which will cover but not limited to: consumer and trade deals, price offs, trade incentives, bundling activities (multi-pack or premium), trade rebates, sampling and consumer brand activations 
  • Manage full year Sales and Marketing activity calendar in the territory 



  • Survey program execution to ensure compliance with standards / intended trade impact. Immediately resolve or address any program issues 
  • Review performance vs objectives in terms of volume, implementation guidelines, competitive response, ease in implementation, promo spending (ROI, CTSR, CTISR). Oversee, monitor, measure execution success and program post-evaluation 



  • New Product: Support Brand and Field Marketing on New Product Launches. Plans out pipeline volumes, distribution, merchandising and pricing standards for the territory. Develop new product consumer and trade programs that will help field sales towards achievement of business objectives 
  • Route to Market: Provide support in understanding and developing an efficient route to market model 



  • Responsible for promotions budget management and proper use of program tools and materials up until closure and depletion. Establish strict management for program enablers and other support selling stock controls such as: monetary budget, free goods, merchandising materials, premium items, physical counting of selling stocks (depot and vehicles) 



  • Perform other necessary ad hoc tasks that may arise as part of brand / competitive dynamics in the assigned area. 




  • Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably of a Marketing / Business / Communications - related courses 
  • At least 2-5 years' experience in Sales, Trade/Channel Marketing, Consumer Engagement or Marketing that includes on ground Field Sales experience preferably from an FMCG company. 
  • Good communication skills - Oral and Written in both English and Filipino 
  • Excellent Data Gathering, Insighting and Analysis skills 
  • Experience in Trade & Channel Development Strategy & Plan Formulation 
  • Excellent Problem-Solving skills 
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management and Monitoring 
  • Good presentation skills 
  • Budget Management and evaluation experience 
  • Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) 
  • Strong leadership skills 
  • Possesses a high level of integrity and accountability 
  • Ingenious and creative 
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different situations easily 
  • Good negotiation and relationship building skills
