Job Description

  • Oversees the quality of execution of all ongoing skills and competency training programs among the Field Force, in support of the overall program for Sales Force Effectiveness and Operation
  • Strengthen Sales Force Skills to ensure strong sales execution
  • Conducting Product Knowledge, Territory Management and Sales call skills
  • Develop training plans for first line Manager
  • Conduct regular field visit to know competency and training needs analysis of FLM & Medical Promotion Specialists
  • Determine and monitor training and developmental needs of the sales force
  • Compile and maintain training course materials, report on sales force progress and effectively conduct follow through to assess effectiveness of trainings programs in the field
  • Conduct training workshops (application of learning)
  • Follow up IPPS Certification of Sanofi MPS
  • Monitoring of Vacancy and attrition
  • Sample Request and Sample Monitoring
  • Request of detailing tool of MPS like ipad and uploading detailing aids/ materials in eporte
  • Request and ensure enrollment of new MPS to LMS
  • Support SFE training activities in line with company program
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested


  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good business writing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong medical, pharmaceutical and general pharma product knowledge
