Job Description and Qualification:

Manages and evaluates the following sub units:

  • Finance / Treasury / Credit and Collection
  • Procurement
  • Inventory / Fixed Assets
  • Internal Controls, Risk Management and Compliance

  • Establish and implements, policies and processes in the organization and monitors areas to ensure compliance with the company’s requirements.
  • Ensures success through cost analysis support and compliance with all contractual and program requirements which includes:
  • Standards, policies and processes across the organization.
  • Understanding legislative and program rules and regulations to ensure compliance with all governmental, local and contractual guidelines. Also, includes ensuring that all government regulations and requirements are circulated to the appropriate personnel.  
  • Participates and contributes in long range strategic planning objectives.
  • Management and coordination of all internal and external fiscal reporting activities of the company which includes:
  • Internal: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, cash flow reports, projections and reports to funding agencies.
  • External: comply with government financial and tax reporting requirements
  • Improves annual plan for the function such as treasury, budgeting, tax, accounting, purchasing and information systems.
  • Presents financial reports and makes recommendations on matters pertaining to the departments function.
  • Ensure internal and external audit recommendations.

v  Provide functional leadership to a team of managers/professionals/specialist, including mentoring, performance review and pay recommendations.
