Job Description and Qualification:

Core Accountability:

·         Ensure that a range of Revenue, Joint Venture, General Accounting activities and overall financial governance for the Petroleum and Minerals America businesses are performed in a timely, accurate and effective manner and facilitate informed business decisions and meet compliance requirements.

·         Lead the team and/or participate in annual audit processes, working closely with engaged auditors for relevant entities and processes

·         Lead the team and/or participate in the annual stewardship review process for relevant entities and processes

·         Governance oversight ensuring compliance with Petroleum and Minerals America Accounting Policies, Group Level Documents, SOX, and Core Controls.

·         Lead the review of account reconciliations, briefing papers, stewardship schedules & accounting matters for presentation to senior management.

·         Liaise with key stakeholders and provide assistance with various issues, queries and requests

·         Provides financial insights to Senior Leadership Team

·         Identifying continuous, sustainable improvement and simplification opportunities

·         An overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.

·         Leading and developing company culture for the team in Manila

Lead, recruit, manage, appraise, develop and train team members, setting KPI’s development goals and ensuring they are appropriately trained for their roles.

Salary:

PHP 2 M – 2.9M
