Job Description and Qualification:

Reporting to Finance Lead (FP&A), this position is responsible for providing detail analysis of capital acquisitions, budgets, volume reports, contribution margins, physician manpower results, month-end close and balance sheet reviews, policy interpretations for facilities, and net revenue analysis. Finance Manager is also responsible for reviewing managed care and other decision support analyses and related information generated. Finance Manager will work as part of team with business development and department/service line directors on formulation of assumptions, market analysis, volume projections, and pro forma/IRR calculations.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years in the Finance, Accounting or Audit field; 3 years supervisory experience
  • Progressive financial health care or equivalent experience in the areas of general accounting, financial systems, financial statement preparation, operational review and analysis, operating and capital budget development; S2K general ledger experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, master’s degree in Accounting or MBA preferred
  • MS Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software packages
  • Willing to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
