Job Description and Qualification:

  • Responsible for the preparation and submission of timely and accurate financial information and analysis to business in the periodical reporting cycle
  • Responsible for ensuring the successful preparation and coordination of the annual budget
  • Responsible for ensuring rigorous financial control and treasury management procedures
  • Leads the supervision and review of current financial system and processes with a focus of improving efficiency within the Shared Services Center’s finance organization
  • Responsible for the Implementation and maintenance of financial policies, controls and procedures to ensure compliance with group rules
  • Responsible for ensuring tax compliance such as withholding Tax, VAT reporting and corporate income tax
  • Responsible for ensuring good credit management
  • Maintain contact/liaison for internal business partners, auditors, tax agents, tax authorities and banking partners
  • Provides support and advice to business divisions on all finance related matters
  • Coordinates and manages all legal, purchasing and IT activities with corresponding local, regional and global stakeholders
  • Responsible for budgeting, invoicing and overseeing the overall finance activities of the company
  • Ensures timely and accurate financial information
  • Ensure compliance of all relevant Group rules and regulations
  • Ensures compliance of all relevant Local rules and regulations
  • Ensures rigorous treasury management
  • Responsible for the efficient operations of the following support requirements – Legal, Procurement and IT
Qualifications/Experience required
  • Experience of 10 years with relevant job experience in Finance and Accounting management in a multinational organization 
  • Relevant undergraduate degree, CPA required
  • Skills: Technically proficient – Finance and Accounting, Local Statutory requirements, Chartered Accountant with experience in an ERP Environment (SAP), knowledgeable with various Tax and incentive Regimes available in the Philippines
  • Competencies: very good organization and communication skills coupled with strong leadership, high integrity, collaboration and decision making capabilities in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
  • PEZA experience is required
