Job Description and Qualification:

Job purpose:
To operate as a proactive and effective member of the management team ensuring a robust financial control environment, ensuring financial compliance in all areas, delivering financial & commercial insight into all areas of the businesses performance and highlighting the financial implications of commercial and strategic plans and decisions.

Skills and competences:
- Bachelor degree in business (accountancy, economics) with 10 years finance experience, minimum 5 years’ experience as finance manager
- Excellent English language skills – spoken and written
- Experience of successfully working in previous financial roles covering
o Compliance with all local external reporting & filing requirements
o Compliance with all local statutory operating requirements – eg tax, banking etc
o Handling tax matters with tax authorities
o Budgeting & Forecasting – including coordinating the end to end process
o Customer and brand focused financial analysis
o Developing and delivering financial reporting
o Reporting, controlling & improving working capital
o Establishing and monitoring operational & financial control and compliance
o Working with other management to set and implement business strategy
o Managing and developing other finance staff
o Managing IT requirements and IT service providers
- Experience of successfully working in roles
o With a high degree of cross functional involvement
o With multiple internal and external deadlines
o With a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
