Job Description and Qualification:

           Responsible for managing the business's day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial statement and monthly reports, monitoring expenditures, cashflow management, forecasting and budgeting, leading the costing preparation, handling tax matters and ensuring organizational financial stability.

           Prepare Financial Statements & Monthly Reports in timely manner

           Manage the whole spectrum of accounting and finance operations singly

           Monitoring expenditures against budget

           Preparation of cashflow forecast and manage cashflow accordingly

           Perform analytical reviews on the monthly financial statements to ensure the reasonability and accuracy of reports

           Lead the preparation of project’s costing and prepare periodic forecasts and annual budget.

           Coordinate and liaise with the external auditor and tax agents on the preparation of yearly Audited Financial Statements and tax returns

           Ensure compliance to accounting standards and tax regulations

           Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures & policies

           Maintaining relationship with bankers and ensure sufficient banking facilities to facilitate the operations

           Overseeing Accounting Systems and coordinate with the systems vendor for any customisation or upgrading requirements.

           Identify areas to improve business efficiencies and costs reduction

           Work closely with the management team to deliver reports, analyse findings, identifying potential risk areas and opportunities.

           Professional accounting qualifications (PICPA, ACCA, ICEAW, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).

           Strong audit experience preferably acquired from telco, shared industries.

           Strong working knowledge of PSE & IFRS reporting requirements

           Meticulous, organized and ability to multi task in a dynamic/fast-paced environment.

           Excellent presentation and analytical skills.

           Transition experience and/or ERP implementation experience;

           Experience of working in a / within a multicultural, international environment;
