Job Description and Qualification:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working with an emerging shared services organization, the Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting the client's business segment’s planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating financial data and giving recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ Financial Planning and Analysis experience (1+ years in a shared services model preferred)
  • Experience managing data in large ERP systems, Oracle preferred
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Ex: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts and Graphs etc.)
  • Lean training a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing data in Microsoft Office (SharePoint)
