Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience as Front Desk/Receptionist.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Required Skills:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Strong organizational and interaction skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)


  • Provide front office reception and administration duties for the office including, but not limited to, greeting guests, handling phone calls, managing internal & external customers
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee directories.
  • Assist in general office and HR administration.
  • Assist in the coordination of company functions/events.
  • Oversees the upkeep of the reception area in close coordination with the utility personnel.
  • All other related tasks, duties, and special projects that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor
