Job Summary:

Responsible for all aspects of raising support from local and international grant-giving bodies such as foundations, corporations, and government sources requiring proposals for both unrestricted operating revenue and restricted projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop funding sources. Perform in depth scoping and research on donor prospects. Identify donor needs and match those with fundraising options/ ways to give for the institute.
  • Write grants proposals to secure new funds.
  • Monitor and manage grants income goal.
  • Develop fund raising plan per donor and foster strategic relationships with them.
  • Manage grants by tracking, developing internal reporting systems, writing reports, maintaining historical records, and working closely with the staff.
  • Assist with fundraising projects as requested.
  • Graduate of Business or related course, preferably with Master's degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with grant research/ writing and management; 3-5 years as manager handling non-profit fund raising
  • Proven track record with donors and raising money from foundation and government sources
  • with knowledge of fundraising information sources and basic fundraising techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
