Client Overview:

Our Client is one of the General Construction company in Japan. There are 5 big General Construction (Kajima, Shimiz, Obayashi, Takenaka, Taisei), these 5 companies advance to several countries  and construct for building, civil and Architecture. 

In the Philippines, they do construction project mainly factory and send several engineer to all over the world. They currently have 3 companies here in the Philippines: the CAD Center, Construction Abroad and ODA Project and Construction for Domestic Project with B2B (Business-to-business) and government projects.

Job Description and Qualification:

Job Decription:
  • Responsible in General Administration and HR General Affairs
  • Responsible in Vendor Management like subcontractor, leasing company, condo agent, VISA agent, etc. and can communicate and manage them
  • Manage events of all project; construction will do some event when they start a project
  • Manage VISA processing for 20-30 people
  • Responsible in supporting expats for the ff: lodging (condo), visa, car, travel, air fare, etc.
  • Manage all other General Affairs responsibilities
  • A Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Development and other related courses
  • With minimum of 10 years experience in General Affairs
  • With management experience (at least 5 years)
  • Preferably with experience working in a construction company
  • Can work and commute to Makati even during GCQ
  • Can work Mondays-Saturdays (Sat duties are 8am-12nn only)
