·       Acts as strategic partner of management in developing and implementing innovative strategies of the data management operations.

·       Establish data center business of the company including business structures, processes and hiring of key headcount.

·       Develop policies and systems that will ensure performance and quality of services to clients and stakeholders.

·       At least 18 - 20 years of work experience acquired from a data center, managed services and allied industries

·       With general management or senior operations role preferably with experience in setting up organizations.

·       Strong business sense and negotiation skills

·       Can strongly interface with people across level and culture
