Job Description and Qualification:

As a Global Compensation Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to lead and support in the planning, analytics, and implementation of all compensation related activities in the Americas, APAC and EMEA regions. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this position will begin remotely and evaluated as part of our Work From Anywhere strategy.

  • Analyze competitive market data to provide pay and level recommendations
  • Conduct market pricing and job evaluations working with Recruitment/HR Business Partners to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Lead the development, implementation, communication and administration of the global base/annual salary planning and short-term bonus/variable programs
  • Manage global salary survey vendors. Participate in and complete global salary surveys. Maintain third-party benchmarking database application. Research new sources for external data collection as needed.
  • Build, manage, maintain and improve salary structures / pay tools
  • Provide guidance to internal business managers and HR partners on all compensation matters
  • Partner with business and HR in the development of job families, job competencies, writing job descriptions, and support of modeling and costing of organizational changes
  • Participate in compensation and reward projects to drive attraction, retention, engagement, motivation, and productivity of company's employees including design of new programs for base pay, incentive pay and performance management
  • Consult and advise HR and the business regarding compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, equity adjustments, market analysis, job evaluation, retention and compensation projects and initiatives. Diagnose business issues and provide needs assessment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related work experience
  • Strong verbal and written English communications skills
  • At least 5 years of applied compensation experience particularly in the areas of job pricing, market data analytics and external total rewards survey management
  • Working knowledge on the application of international geographic pay differentials
  • Experience leading or managing salary structure development, merit increase process and incentive planning
  • MarketPay or similar compensation tool experience
  • Experience with implementing a Global Job Architecture and Leveling Framework
  • Advanced level Excel skills are a must (i.e. lookup, pivot, regression)
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or HRIS systems is beneficial
  • World-at-Work Certification (CCP, GRP) is a plus.
  • Understanding of FLSA and European compensation laws is a plus
  • Excellent cross cultural communication skills with experience working with people at all levels in an organization on a global scope
