Job Description and Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge in troubleshooting, operating systems and software applications
  • Preferably with 2 years experience as IT Helpdesk catering to global clients
  • Must have experience in the ff: email systems (outlook 365), office 365, Windows 7, windows 10, Skype, Sharepoint, etc.
  • Strong knowledge in supporting and troubleshooting PCs, monitors, printers, local area and VPN network connectivity, etc.
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be professional, and courteous.
  • Possess exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills. With excellent command of written and spoken English language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner, can muliti-task, goal oriented and target driven
  • Must be open to do a night shift role
  • Open to start immediately
  • Capable to work from home, with strong internet connectivity. Must be open to report on site in Alabang if needed
  • Open for a project based engagement, can be extended

Job Description

  • Provide first level support relating to solving computer and other IT related hardware or software or IT related questions.
  • Logs and tracks incidents received in current call tracking software.
  • Respond to and/or be available to receive requests from the user community pertaining to questions or problems relating to computer and other IT hardware or software applications.
  • Resolve the problem or answer the question at the first contact.
  • Logs requests/problems as outlined in HelpDesk documentation.
  • Escalate the request to the second level of support.
  • Track and follow through on all requests to completion.
  • Be involved with IT Accounts Processing for on/off boarding, procurement, etc. by either actively handling requests or supporting the team during these activities.
