Job Description and Qualification:

  • Conducting research, pushing brand guidelines and challenging the brief where necessary to produce designs that will better engage audiences, deliver the message and meet/exceed the expectations of the brief
  • Maintain the brand’s visual identity across all communication materials and advising on
    its correct usage
  • Apply your complete brand and technical awareness, creativity and expertise to every
    job, taking full ownership of projects and applying your creative and technical expertise
    from initial brief to a screen-ready presentation or print-ready artwork
  • Estimating time required to deliver work against agreed specs and adhere to these timings during delivery
  • Managing various asset libraries including master fonts, brand assets, photography and video.
  • Develop and maintaining process for version control and project files and folder naming conventions
  • Assess the effectiveness of the design function - making changes and improvements where necessary and producing regular reports to measure ROI.


  • 3+ years' experience in a design management role
  • Expert in Adobe creative applications (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS
  • PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience of implementing dynamic designs across multiple platforms
  • Working with internal teams to ensure productivity is maximised at all times and work is
  • delivered to agreed project milestones
  • Experienced in developing and managing quality control procedures, ensuring these are followed at all times, including checking work against agreed briefs and ensuring everything is fit for purpose, spell checked, images are approved, and rights/licenses are understood
  • The ability to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A ‘can-do’ approach to work, proactive and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels and across boundaries (geographical and functional) to maximise the impact of communications.
  • Strong sense of how to add true value to the business, making a solid contribution to its success
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail are also a must
