Job Description and Qualification:

The Group Sales Manager will manage sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area or province to ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, deployment and management of sales personnel and identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.

The GSM will plan and set SMART sales objectives for the company and develop sales strategies and action programs and perform client visits to identify and fill-in opportunities in the field.

He will review Monthly Coverage Plan submitted by the Regional Sales Managers and make recommendations.

The GSM will ensure that all goods sold are collected on time and accurate and that spending related to sales of each region is within budget and reasonable.

He will conduct Performance Evaluation for RSMs as well as make effort to maintain values and discipline among sales people. He will also establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, motivate, appraise and train RSMs.

This role will report to the Commercial Director.
