Job Description and Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1-year experience as Human Resources Administrator, HR Admin Assistant or relevant role
  • Required skills:
    • Perform timely, accurately and effectively to deliver with a constant and demanding workload.
    • Excellent attention to details
    • Able to adapt to a fast-pace environment.
    • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resource operations in general
    • Excellent command of the English Language
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Can start ASAP
  • Open to work in BGC, Taguig
  • 1 year project employment subject to extension

Key Accountabilities

                     Organize and maintain personnel records

                     Liaise with government agencies and ensure timely submission of claims and enrollment/registration forms

                     Assist in administration of employee benefits enrollment

                     Prepares a summary of data for submission to benefits/payroll provider

                     May assist in developing materials to document operational end-to-end process flows

                     Participate in HR Projects (e.g. help with the logistics)

                     Participate in compliance audit processes as needed

                     Assist in other HR functions as needed
