Job Description and Qualification:

JD:
  • You will respond, track and close all employee queries in a timely manner
  • You will provide a variety of HR support including but not limited to:
    • HRIS data entry
    •  Reporting and analytics
    •  New hire communications
    • On boarding and off boarding
  • Main Responsibilities:

    ·         Employee Profile creation in HR systems

    ·         Employee referral management

    ·         New hire contract & document administration

    ·         New hire communications

    ·         “Week One” plan & checklist

    ·         Identify verification 

    ·         New hire survey reporting

    ·         Deactivation of systems access for terminated employees

    ·         Offer Letter and contract package creation


MUST HAVE:
  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in HR Shared Services (HR Administration or HRIS support)
  • Experience working with HR Systems would be a plus.
  • The ability to manage tasks, analyze and problem solve.
  • A keen eye for detail and sound customer service skills.
