OUR CLIENT is a start-up company in the Philippines (2019), conducting business as a company for Auctioning cars for car dealers, and purchases cars from financial companies or banks and sets auction.

Job Description and Qualification:

This is for a start-up Japanese company in the automotive industry.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Has working experience in human resources and admin
  • Familiar with DTR, payroll and benefits management, recruitment
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Blue Bay Walk, Pasay City

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor attendance of employees and organize records
  • Assist in the process of payroll, including tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
  • Maintain human resources records by keeping track of new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, vacation and sick leaves
  • Assist in recruitment - scheduling and interviewing candidates
  • Do miscellaneous jobs such as keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary, managing phone calls and correspondence, and assisting colleagues when necessary 

Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00-18:00
