Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Background in processing government-mandated benefits is an advantage

Must have a background in using MS Office and MS Outlook

Good communication and coordination skill is required for this position

Willing to learn and explore new things is a must.

Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City

 


Tasks:


The HR and Admin Assistant will serve as a front-of-house manager ensuring that s/he welcomes visitors and manages the flow of documentation (i.e. billings, etc.) and communication through him/her.

Tasked for supporting the HR Team in Payroll Tasks (i.e. facilitation of the Overtime Application process, summarizing Payroll inputs, managing government-mandated benefits) and logistics concerns during meetings and      events.

Tasked to handle Office Administration such as supplies monitoring, cleaning, and maintenance. 

Tasked to assist the General Manager with his calendar acting as the first point of contact for everyone.

Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
