Job Description and Qualification:

As an HR & Admin Officer, you will be mainly responsible in assisting in the execution of Strategic Human Resource policies, particularly in recruitment and training of employees and salary administration while ensuring that all internal processes and physical office space are conducive to all employee's high productivity and efficiency.

1. Assist HR and Admin Dept. Head in the implementation of recruitment and selection processes of the company 
2. Assist HR and Admin Dept. Head in coordinating with third party HR recruitment companies and head hunters, whenever necessary
3. Assist HR and Admin Dept. Head in implementing  internal and/or external training and development programs for company employees 
4. Manage company payroll accounts and guarantee that all salaries and benefits, including all financial reimbursements, are administered to all employees regularly and on time.
5. Make certain that the internal processes related to the day-to-day operations of the company's office are working efficiently
6. Ensure that the physical amenities and general atmosphere of the company's office are conducive to employee's productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:
Education: Graduate of a 4-year course from any university
Experience: At least 1-year of working experience as an Administrative or HR Staff in any company. 
Competencies:
  • Knowledge about the Philippine Labor Code and all pertinent laws, rules and regulations related to Human Resource Management 
  • Knowledge in basic MS Office Work tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Detail- and Process-oriented
  • Displays the highest degree of integrity, professionalism and high initiative
